Later, we started two other companies - Rishabh Polymers (P) Ltd. in 1994 and Rishabh Phenolics (P) Ltd. in 2005 - to meet the growing requirements in the industry.
We are an ISO certified organization and known as the leading manufacturer, exporter and supplier of a wide range of products. Our manufactured Resins are Asian and African countries Far Eastern Countries like China, Phillipines, Taiwan, & Gulf countries like UAE, Syria, Turkey etc. We are in the process of exporting our products to countries like Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Korea.

Mr. Nilesh Kumar Jain, along with his brother, Mr. Mukesh Kumar Jain, started this company in the year 1994. This sister concern specializes in manufacturing Synthetic Resins called Alkyds, Phenolic Resins & Maleic used in Printing Ink and Paint Industries. This is the SSI unit manufacturing high quality CNSL Resins in the country because it is incorporated with the most sophisticated advanced machinery. Apart from this, the company is also the first SSI unit having exported resins in these countries..

Incepted in the year 2005, Rishabh Phenolics (P) Limited is engaged manufacturing various types of Phenolic Resins and Phenolic Moulding materials with a wide range of properties to cater to the various industrial needs. He is closely associated with many industrial and trade associations like FAPCCI (Hyderabad), FICCI (New Delhi), ISSPA (Mumbai), IRMA (Mumbai), AIMO (Hyderabad), CAPEXIL (Kolkata) and CEPC (Cochin). Mr Jain has participated in many National and International Seminars, Exhibitions & Conferences. He has delivered lectures and presented several papers on Cashew Nut Shell Liquid and its derivatives. Our organization pays utmost attention to the quality of products. We follow strict quality control policy throughout the production process. We undertake quality checks at various stages of production. Our quality controllers have charted a detailed quality control methodology that entails various tests and inspections. We have classified the inspection stages as Raw Materials, Process Control and Gel Test. Raw Material Inspection Stage includes Freezing Point Method, Acid Test, Volumetric Estimation by Bromination Method and Estimation of moisture content by Karl Fischer. The various inspections conducted ensure flawless quality of our end products.
Infrastructure
We have a world class infrastructural setup for manufacturing our range of products. The infrastructure includes facilities for manufacturing and quality testing. The manufacturing facility is divided into various sections such as:
- RESIN SECTION: It is equipped with various types of machines like reactors complete with vapour column, vacuum gauge, pressure gauge, pilot kettle motor, and reduction gear box vacuum pump.
- GRINDING SECTION: This section has crusher for making solid lumps to granules, air classifying mill for pulverizing resin to powder, pulveriser for grinding heavy mesh size powder to fine size.
- BLENDER / MIXING SECTION: It is equipped with ribbon blender for mixing of powders, rubber rolls unit for making Phenolic Resin sheet.
